
Innovate Success Strategies was formed to better educate, empower and innovate real estate practitioners, REALTOR associations and brokerages. We travel the country to instruct, motivate and inspire real estate practitioners to transform their business through innovation. By implementing new technologies, creating hi-tech solutions to improve efficiency, practitioners are empowered to be more productive and provide higher levels of high touch service. We have spoken at national and international conferences in Australia and New Zealand, helping real estate agents improve their communication, marketing and technology skills.
We hope to innovate the real estate industry by helping groups transform legacy methods and ideals, while implementing new concepts and solutions. Our commitment to the real estate industry and its professionalism is proven by our work with associations, brokerages and individuals. Our focus has been leadership development workshops, strategic planning, business planning, DISC and behavioral training, lead generation, working with buyers, working with sellers, consultative real estate, self-management and real estate technologies.
We are proud to be a partner with the National Association of REALTORS as a REBAC license holder. This means we can host the highly prestigious designation/certification courses. Additionally, we can partner with associations and brokerages to offer these courses. Some of the 2-day designations/certifications include: Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), ePRO Certification, Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE), Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES).
